Due to increasing the oscillation frequency to high frequency, 0.47uH coil with a size of 1.0 x 0.5 mm can be used. A 0.6 x 0.3 mm ceramic capacitor can be used for the input capacitance (CIN) and the output capacitance (CL), realizing that the mounting area including peripheral components can be reduced to 3.52 mm2.

By SET terminal the output voltage is selectable among two preset voltages to supply an ideal voltage based on the status of the application.
During stand-by, all circuits are shutdown to reduce consumption to as low as 0.0 A or less.
